FolB-IN-1 (Compound 3e) is a small molecule inhibitor of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis FolB enzyme, exhibiting antimycobacterial activity with an MIC of 40 μg/mL (108 μM) . This compound is a useful research tool for studying folate biosynthesis and evaluating novel anti-tuberculosis agents in vitro.
