CSF1R-IN-22 is a potent and selective CSF-1R inhibitor that reprograms M2 macrophages to an M1 phenotype, enhancing CXCL9 secretion and CD8+ T cell infiltration in the tumor microenvironment. It demonstrates synergistic anti-tumor activity with anti-PD-1 therapy in preclinical models, reducing immunosuppressive cell populations like Tregs and MDSCs.
