DC-SX029 is a potent small molecule inhibitor that disrupts the SNX10-PIKfyve protein-protein interaction with a K D of ~0.935 μM. It suppresses downstream TBK1/c-Rel signaling and shows research potential for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in cellular models, without altering SNX10 expression levels.
