C-Myc inhibitor 15

C-Myc inhibitor15 (Compound A5) is a selective small molecule that disrupts c-Myc/Max interaction, inducing c-Myc degradation and apoptosis. It shows cytotoxic activity in A549 and NCI-H1299 lung cancer cells and demonstrated significant tumor growth inhibition in an allogeneic in vivo model, supporting research into c-Myc-driven cancers.
