8-Br-cADPR
8-Br-cADPR is a potent cADPR antagonist used in research to study calcium signaling pathways. It has demonstrated protective effects in renal injury models by reducing caspase-3 and TRPM2 expression, applicable in both in vitro and in vivo studies of oxidative stress and cell death.
