SR 4330 is a small molecule cytotoxic agent designed to selectively target hypoxic cells. It is used in cancer research, with studies demonstrating its activity in both in vitro assays and in vivo tumor models. The lower limit of quantification is 40 ng/mL in mouse plasma and 20 ng/mL in human plasma.
