TH-Z816 is a reversible KRAS (G12D) inhibitor with an IC50 of 14 μM. It is a research tool for studying oncogenic KRAS signaling and has been utilized in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo xenograft models relevant to pancreatic and colorectal cancers.
