TOPOI/PARP-1-IN-1 (Compound B6) is an orally active dual TOPOI and PARP inhibitor with a PARP1 IC50 of 0.09 μM. It demonstrates potent anti-tumor activity by inhibiting proliferation, inducing G0/G1 arrest and apoptosis in vitro, and achieving 75.4% tumor growth inhibition in murine models.
