Z36-MP5
Z36-MP5 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of the Mi-2β (CHD4) ATPase with an IC50 of 82 nM. It suppresses enzymatic activity, reactivates interferon-stimulated gene (ISG) transcription in vitro, and has been shown to augment T-cell cytotoxicity in cellular research models.
