DMBA-SIL-Mal-MMAE is a cytotoxin-linker conjugate for constructing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . It delivers the potent tubulin inhibitor monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) to target cells and has demonstrated antitumor efficacy in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo xenograft models.
