NVS-STG2 is a small molecule STING agonist that functions as molecular glue, promoting oligomerization of human STING by binding between transmembrane domains of adjacent dimers. It potently activates STING-mediated immune responses in vitro and demonstrates antitumor efficacy in hSTING knock-in mouse models.
