IGGi-11me
IGGi-11me is a membrane-permeable prodrug of the first-in-class inhibitor IGGi-11. It targets Gαi subunits to block their noncanonical interaction with GIV/Girdin, suppressing pro-invasive signaling in metastatic cancer cells. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study heterotrimeric G-protein pathways in cancer metastasis research.
