ASK1-IN-6 (Compound 32) is a potent and selective ASK1 inhibitor (IC50 = 25 nM) with demonstrated blood-brain barrier penetration (Kp, uu = 0.46) . It shows anti-inflammatory properties and has been shown to ameliorate pathology in the Tg4510 Alzheimer's disease mouse model, supporting its use in neuroscience and inflammation research.
