HA-9104 is a selective cullin-5 neddylation inhibitor that binds the V30 pocket of UBE2F, reducing its protein levels. This disruption of the UBE2F-CRL5 axis induces DNA damage, apoptosis, and cell cycle arrest, demonstrating potent anti-proliferative and radiosensitizing effects in lung and pancreatic cancer models in vitro.
