TLR8 agonist7 is a potent and plasma-stable small molecule activator of Toll-like receptor 8 (EC50 < 250 nM) . It robustly induces TNFα secretion (EC50 < 1 μM) and has demonstrated significant antitumor efficacy in vivo, achieving 98% tumor growth inhibition in an MC38-HER2 mouse model. This makes it a valuable tool for immuno-oncology and innate immunity research.
