AD16
AD16 (Acetamide) is a small molecule inhibitor of the LINE-1 retrotransposon endonuclease (IC50 = 4.7 μM) . It effectively reduces LINE-1 retrotransposition in cellular models, including senescent cells, thereby alleviating associated genomic instability and inflammatory responses in research applications.
