Lisavanbulin
Lisavanbulin (BAL-101553) is a prodrug converted to the active microtubule-destabilizing agent, Avanbulin (BAL-27862) . It demonstrates potent antitumor activity in preclinical models, showing particular efficacy against cancer cells with elevated end-binding protein 1 (EB1) expression in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
