DNMT1-IN-3 (7t-S) is a potent small molecule inhibitor of DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1) with an IC50 of 0.777 μM. It promotes apoptosis and induces G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest, making it a useful tool for epigenetic research in cancer biology, both in vitro and in vivo.
