KT-333 is a heterobifunctional PROTAC degrader that selectively targets STAT3 for ubiquitination and degradation via recruitment of the VHL E3 ligase. It is a research tool for investigating STAT3-dependent oncology, with utility demonstrated in both cellular assays and in vivo tumor models for hematologic and solid cancers.
