Clazosentan disodium
Clazosentan disodium (Ro 61-1790) is a potent and selective endothelin A (ET A) receptor antagonist that blocks ET-1-induced vasoconstriction. It is widely used in preclinical research to study and prevent cerebral vasospasm and related infarction in both in vitro and in vivo models.
