Pegozafermin

Pegozafermin is an engineered analog of the metabolic hormone FGF21, developed for research into metabolic disorders. It is utilized in in vitro and in vivo studies investigating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and severe hypertriglyceridemia due to its ability to lower triglycerides and modulate glucose and lipid metabolism.
