Lentztrehalose A
Lentztrehalose A is a microbial disaccharide that selectively inhibits mycobacterial trehalase (IC50 0.67 mM) and induces autophagy in cancer cell lines. In vivo, it demonstrates antitumor activity, improving survival and reducing tumor growth in a murine sarcoma model at 50 mg/kg.
