Lentztrehalose B
Lentztrehalose B is a microbial disaccharide with antioxidant activity (ORAC assay, 100 μM) and inhibits porcine trehalase (10 mM) . It also induces autophagy in melanoma and ovarian cancer cell lines at 100 mM, making it a useful research tool for studying metabolism, oxidative stress, and cancer cell biology.
