(R) -HTS-3 is a potent and selective inhibitor of lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 3 (LPCAT3) . It modulates cellular phospholipid composition and has been shown in vitro to protect cancer cells from RSL3-induced ferroptosis, making it a valuable tool for lipid metabolism and cell death research.
