10-SAHSA
10-SAHSA is a branched fatty acid ester of hydroxy fatty acid (FAHFA) consisting of stearic acid linked to 10-hydroxy stearic acid. This bioactive lipid, related to glucose tolerance-enhancing PAHSAs, is a research tool for studying metabolic syndrome, insulin secretion, and anti-inflammatory mechanisms in in vitro and in vivo models.
