AL 8810 methyl ester
AL 8810 methyl ester is a selective FP receptor antagonist that competitively inhibits Fluprostenol. It shows minimal activity at other prostanoid receptors (TP, DP, EP2, EP4) . This compound is a valuable tool for investigating FP receptor function in both in vitro and in vivo models of ocular hypertension and smooth muscle contraction.
