15-OxoEDE
15-OxoEDE is a 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) inhibitor derived from 15-HEDE, showing activity in RBL-1 cells (IC50 = 55 μM) . Like the inflammatory mediator 5-oxoETE, it is useful for studying eicosanoid pathways in inflammation research, both in vitro and in vivo.
