U-51605
U-51605 is a stable PGH2 analog that selectively inhibits prostacyclin synthase over thromboxane synthase and acts as a TP receptor partial agonist. It is used in vascular and platelet research, including in vitro studies with human fibroblasts and platelets, and ex vivo studies on aortic tissue.
