(S) -Ro 32-0432 is a potent, orally active, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of PKC isoforms (IC50: 9.3-108.3 nM) and GRK5. Its inhibition of T-cell activation supports its use in research models for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, both in vitro and in vivo.
