LNP Lipid-8 (11-A-M) is an ionizable lipid component for formulating ligand-free LNPs capable of delivering siRNA to T cells. When encapsulating GFP-targeting siRNA, these particles effectively silence GFP expression in murine models, demonstrating utility for in vivo genetic research in immunology and gene therapy.
