N-Desmethyl Regorafenib N-oxide is a pharmacologically active metabolite of regorafenib, formed via CYP3A4 metabolism. It potently inhibits kinases including VEGFR2 and B-RAF in vitro and demonstrates in vivo antitumor efficacy in xenograft models, such as HT-29 and MDA-MB-231, at low doses.
