GGTI 2133 TFA
GGTI 2133 is a potent and selective peptidomimetic inhibitor of GGTase I (IC50=38 nM) . It effectively blocks protein geranylgeranylation in vitro and demonstrates significant anti-proliferative and anti-metastatic activity in OSCC cell models. In vivo, it shows efficacy in mouse asthma and rat morphine withdrawal models, highlighting its utility in cancer and inflammation research.
