Vadadustat
Vadadustat is an orally active, titratable small molecule inhibitor of hypoxia-inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase (HIF-PH) . It is used in research to study anemia treatment mechanisms, demonstrating efficacy in both cellular assays and animal models of renal anemia.
