AKE-72
AKE-72 is a small molecule pan-BCR-ABL inhibitor that suppresses the growth of Ba/F3 cells harboring native or T315I-mutant BCR-ABL. It is a research tool for studying kinase resistance mechanisms in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) models, applicable in both in vitro and in vivo experimental settings.
