MM0299 is a brain-penetrant small molecule inhibitor of lanosterol synthase (LSS) with anti-glioblastoma activity. It has been shown to reduce tumor growth in vivo and induces the production of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) within the GBM tumor microenvironment, supporting its study in neuro-oncology research.
