Palbociclib (PD 0332991) orotate is an orally bioavailable, selective CDK4/6 inhibitor (IC50: 11 and 16 nM, respectively) . It potently inhibits proliferation and induces cell cycle arrest in vitro and shows efficacy in vivo models, supporting research in HR+/HER2- breast cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma.
