PhosTAC7
PhosTAC7 is a heterobifunctional molecule that induces targeted dephosphorylation of FOXO3a at serine 318 by recruiting the phosphatase PP2A. This PROTAC-based degrader enables the study of FOXO3a signaling and its role in cellular processes such as apoptosis and metabolism in both in vitro and in vivo research models.
