Plasminogen

Plasminogen is the inactive precursor of the serine protease plasmin, activated by uPA or tPA. It is a key regulator in fibrinolysis and ECM degradation, with roles in wound healing and inflammation. This product is used in research models studying diabetic ulcers, hypoplasminogenemia, and both in vitro proteolysis assays.
