PBR28 is a TSPO modulator with potential for preventative research in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) . Its primary application is in brain PET imaging, where it can be radiolabeled to visualize and quantify TSPO expression in both preclinical in vivo models and in vitro binding assays.
