Apoptosis Inducer 11 (3u) triggers mitochondrial apoptosis and induces a G2/M phase cell cycle arrest while reducing the S phase population in NHL cell models. This small molecule is a useful research tool for investigating apoptosis mechanisms and cell cycle dynamics in lymphoma, both in vitro and in preclinical in vivo studies.
