Vem-L-Cy5
Vem-L-Cy5 is a cell-permeable, Vemurafenib-based BRAF V600E inhibitor conjugated to a Cy5 fluorophore. It inhibits MEK phosphorylation and cancer cell growth, enabling its use in both in vitro and in vivo imaging and efficacy studies for targeted cancer research.
