JT002
JT002 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of the NLRP3 inflammasome. It blocks NLRP3 complex assembly, reducing IL-1β, IL-18, and pyroptosis, and has demonstrated efficacy in murine models of airway hyperresponsiveness and neutrophilic inflammation.
