MET/PDGFRA-IN-1

MET/PDGFRA-IN-1 (8c) is a dual MET and PDGFRA inhibitor with an IC50 of 36 μM against MET. It suppresses MET phosphorylation, induces apoptosis, and inhibits proliferation in multiple MET-positive cancer cell lines, including AsPc-1 and EBC-1. This compound is a useful tool for investigating MET/PDGFRA signaling in oncology research, applicable in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
