DNA Gyrase-IN-9 is a potent and selective DNA gyrase inhibitor with antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, exhibiting MIC and MBC values of 0.5-2 μg/mL and 2-8 μg/mL, respectively. It demonstrates an IC50 of 6.29 μg/mL against S. aureus gyrase, making it a useful tool for studying bacterial topoisomerase function and antibiotic resistance mechanisms in vitro.
