CTL-12
CTL-12 is a FASN inhibitor (IC50: 2.5 μM) that induces apoptosis via caspase-9/Bax upregulation and Bcl-xL downregulation, causing Sub-G1/S phase arrest. By blocking de novo lipogenesis, it disrupts cancer metabolism and has demonstrated research utility in breast and colorectal cancer models, both in vitro and in vivo.
