AB21 oxalate
AB21 oxalate is a potent and selective sigma-1 receptor (S1R) antagonist with high binding affinity (Ki = 13 nM for S1R vs. 102 nM for S2R) . It has demonstrated efficacy in reducing mechanical hypersensitivity in preclinical pain research, supporting its use in both in vitro binding studies and in vivo models of neuropathic pain.
