F-CRI1
F-CRI1 is an 18F-labeled, high-affinity STING agonist probe (Kd = 40.62 nM) designed for the non-invasive imaging of STING expression. It enables the study of STING activation dynamics in the tumor microenvironment for both in vitro binding assays and in vivo PET imaging applications in cancer immunology research.
