RSV L-protein-IN-5
RSV L-protein-IN-5 (Compound E) is a potent RSV polymerase inhibitor that blocks viral mRNA synthesis via transcript guanylation inhibition, exhibiting an EC50 of 0.1 μM. It demonstrates antiviral efficacy in both cellular assays (IC50 0.66 μM) and in vivo mouse models, with moderate cytotoxicity (CC50 10.7 μM in HEp-2 cells) .
