PROTAC BTK Degrader-5 (Compound 3e) is a potent and selective degrader of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) with a DC50 of 7.0 nM in JeKo-1 cells. It demonstrates antiproliferative activity in lymphoma cell lines and shows potential for research in B-cell malignancies, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) .
