TIM-3-IN-2
TIM-3-IN-2 is a small molecule inhibitor that blocks TIM-3 interactions with its ligands PtdSer, CEACAM1, and Galectin-9. It reverses TIM-3-mediated immunosuppression and cytokine production, making it a valuable tool for investigating TIM-3 function in cancer immunology and autoimmune disease models, both in vitro and in vivo.
